Privacy Policy

This Privacy Policy explains how Qavi Link ("we", "us") handles information collected through www.crm360pro.com (the "Site"), which provides information about and guided demo access to CRM+. It does not cover data processed inside the CRM+ application for customers, which is governed by the customer agreement.
1. Information we collect
- Demo request details you submit: name, work email, phone/WhatsApp number, firm name, firm type, team size, modules of interest, preferred demo mode and any message.
- Messages you send us by email or WhatsApp.
- Usage data, only if you accept analytics: pages visited, buttons clicked, approximate location and device type, collected via Google Analytics 4.
Interactive previews on the Site (for example the brand customizer logo upload, portal upload preview and ROI calculator) run entirely in your browser. Files and values you enter there are not sent to us.
2. How we use information
- To respond to your request and arrange a demo or sandbox access.
- To send you information about CRM+ that you have asked for.
- To understand how the Site is used and improve it (analytics, with consent).
- To protect the Site against spam and abuse.
3. Legal basis
We process demo request data to take steps at your request before entering into a contract, and analytics data on the basis of your consent, which you can withdraw at any time.
4. Sharing
We do not sell your personal information. We share it only with service providers that help us operate the Site and respond to you, such as our form-handling provider, email provider, WhatsApp (Meta) when you choose to contact us there, and Google Analytics if you accept analytics. These providers process data on our behalf or under their own terms.
5. Cookies and local storage
The Site stores your light/dark theme choice and your analytics consent choice in your browser's local storage. Analytics cookies are set only if you click "Accept" on the analytics notice. You can clear these at any time through your browser settings.
6. Retention
We keep demo request information for as long as needed to respond and follow up, and for up to 24 months afterwards unless you ask us to delete it sooner.
7. Your rights
Depending on where you live, you may have the right to access, correct, delete or restrict use of your personal information, and to withdraw consent. To make a request, email admin@qavilink.com.
8. Security
We use reasonable technical and organisational measures to protect information, including HTTPS for the Site. No method of transmission or storage is completely secure.
9. International transfers
Our team and service providers may be located in India, Qatar, the UAE and other countries. Where information is transferred across borders, we take steps to protect it in line with this policy.
10. Changes
We may update this policy from time to time. The "Last updated" date shows when it was last changed.
